ToolBox Investor Programme

We are receiving every now and then request about foreign or local investors properties and companies which are for sale. Especially the focus has been in recent years to get foreign investor looking for accommodation property somewhere in Nordic countries or Baltic states. This is the reason why we were getting to be interested in creating our own ToolBox Investor Programme. Our goal is to get those interested Buyers/Investors and Suppliers/Sellers to meet each other. Our role is mainly to do match-making. We are not official brokerage operator. We are benefiting here our vast global network. During this year there have been around 10 properties we have been forwarded to our investor contacts. The vendor’s properties should be located in Nordic countries or Baltic states.

Angel Investors

Angel investors are wealthy individuals or groups of individuals who invest money or equity financing in start-up or early-stage small businesses. They are investors who usually provide private equity or second-round funding for growing, profitable small businesses who need money to continue to grow. After family and friends, as well as the small business owner, provide the seed money for start-up companies, the companies then have to turn to either debt or equity financing in order to survive and move forward.

Investing in a small business has, is, and most likely will always be one of the most popular ways individuals and families begin their journey to financial independence; a way to create, nurture, and grow an asset that, when intelligently run under the right conditions, throws off surplus cash to provide not only a good standard of living but to fund other investments.

Investor Description

So far we have introduced different properties to investors where two are from China and one is in operations multinational but established in the United States of America. The first Chinese company is having several investor contacts within it’s organization, the other one is just a private company. Both Chinese contacts are looking for accommodation facilities. The multinational company is more multifaceted operations but where brokerage is the main function. It is having subsidiaries in many countries in Europe. They are looking for not only accommodation properties but also restaurants, bars, cafes, resorts etc. Also land, which is planned for accommodation or other touristic purpose are interesting.
