Invitation: Baltic Sea Workshop in Spain 26.9 – 27.9.2018

Welcome to the Workshop in Spain! this particular event is for companies located in Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania), Nordic countries (Denmark incl. Greenland, Finland incl. Aland Islands, Iceland, Norway incl. Svalbard and Sweden) and Russia (especially Western part of Russia incl. St.Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast).

This is the fourth time organizing joint sales event for the northern Baltic Sea region and Nordic countries!

 

Spanish market has been important market in Northern Europe at the same time when it’s economy has been improving. This event is promoting both seasons, summer and winter for the Spanish Buyers. Our goal is to have around 60 buyers mainly from Madrid and Barcelona area. They are representing both tour operators and travel agency sectors. There will be few media representatives as well.

26.9.2018 Madrid and 27.9.2018 Barcelona, Spain.

    

Registration fee (1.6 – 14.8 rates)

1.600 € + VAT 24 % (own table, one participant).

1.900 € + VAT 24 % (own table, two representatives from the same company)

1.100 € + VAT 24 % (shared table with another company representative)

Venue

Centrally located hotels in Barcelona and Madrid.

There is an allotment for participant to stay over at these hotels. See more information below.

 

Programme

From 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Lunch at 2.00 p.m.

 

Price includes

Event arrangements, our staff assistance, sales manual for Buyers and Suppliers, lunch and refreshments during the workshops.

  

Price doesn’t include

Travel and accommodation costs. Meals except lunch in the workshop. We are having some rooms booked from both city centres for the Suppliers. If interested please contact us and we can provide for you DSUs or dbls. Reservations directly to the hotel.
