Also updating Japanese oubout tourism at the moment, customer segmentation and marketing activities. COVID-19 pandemic has hit Japan too; how the market will recover in Japan? The webinar is aired in all Baltic and Nordic countries and also in West Russia.

Mr. Mikael Hasegawa, Marketing Manager, ToolBox Consulting Ltd. He has been working in decades within different Japanese tour operators/wholesalers and residing nowadays in Finland and working for ToolBox Consulting Ltd.
Additionally to these 2 Keynote Speakers we have also Japanese travel trade attending;  tour operators, wholesale representatives and flight company representatives attending in this event.
