Winter Fun Workshop 2021 in Helsinki for Suppliers in Baltic and Nordic countries

Exotic destinations and companies in Northern Europe will be presented in a tourism workshop to foreign travel wholesalers, tour operators, travel agencies and ground handling companies 20.01.2021 in Helsinki

We are more than happy to announce the popular North European destinations are promoted to foreign travel trade interested in outbound travel towards Baltic and Nordic countries. Attending Suppliers have their operations in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithunia, Norway and Sweden. Buyers are from Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania. 

You have possibility to meet Buyers either in Offline, meaning here you are coming to Helsinki and attend at the workshop venue room meeting Buyers either i there or remotely by using online video conference tool. Or you can meet them from your home country Online, where you mainly meet Buyers who are also in remote access Online. There is also possibility with two persons from the same company combining both ways to meet.

The allotment for Suppliers in OFFLINE is 50 and ONLINE (remote access) is estimated to be 20. It is recommended to register as soon as possible. Invited Buyers volume is estimated to be around 100 – 120 of which min. 40 are visiting in the workshop OFFLINE and the rest are in ONLINE mode. Those are invited from all the continents, close to 30 different countries. All meetings are one-on-one, so no group meetings possible.

Your data will be delivered as electronical Suppliers’ Manual to Buyers attending at the both workshops.  his manual is delivered for all Buyers. Also you are going to get Buyers’ Manual who are attending at the event both OFFLINE and ONLINE.

PRICES
Prices range with two different prices:

Early Bird Price until 30.10.2020
OFFLINE: 
890 euros + VAT 24%, 1 person
150 euros + VAT 24%, additional person from the same company
700 euros + VAT 24%, shared table with an other company representative, total for 2 is 1400 euros + VAT 24%
Combination where one company representative is attenging at the OFFLINE workshop, and 1 in ONLINE workshop is possible. The price is then 980 + 150 euros + VAT 24%.

ONLINE only:
980 euros + VAT 24%, 1 person
150 euros + VAT 24%, additional person from the same company
No possibility for the shared meetings with an other company.

Normal rates 01.11 – 15.12.2020
OFFLINE: 
990 euros + VAT 24%, 1 person
150 euros + VAT 24%, additional person from the same company
800 euros + VAT 24%, shared table with an other company representative, total for 2 is 1600 euros + VAT 24%
Combination where one company representative is attenging at the OFFLINE workshop, and 1 in ONLINE workshop is possible. The price is then 1080 + 150 euros + VAT 24%.

ONLINE:
1080 euros + VAT 24%, 1 person
150 euros + VAT 24%, additional person from the same company
No possibility for the shared meetings with an other company.

Price includes:
– workshop time from 09.00 to 17.00 o’clock Finnish time
– technical support for both offline and online meetings
– tool for profiling, making prearranged meetings and marketing for foreign Buyers
– Buyers’ Manual (in English) of all Buyers (online and offline)
– ToolBox personnel assistance

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH COSTS
There are additional services available for Suppliers as follows. All the costs are shown in the questionnaire with multiple choice questions.

GetTogether Party after the workshop, 50 euros + VAT 24%
Electricity for the workshop table, 70 euros + VAT 24%

Pre and Post Tour – Hosting destination or company

Hosting Destination and Company Requirements

Participants Of Each Tours

minimum 4-7 persons/group (Hosting destination / company can decide to have more)
each group is either from one country or combination of several nationalities
possible media representatives also with the group

Themes And Customer Segmentations

Destinations and companies are able to launch the novelties or existing services by preseting those under specialized themes and indicating their targeted customer segmentations. For example summer or autumn activities, wellness, family travel, celebration of recognized and famous person or special annual event, luxury travel, culture programmes and events. Different destinations and companies can make also grand tour together. We are looking for not only destination and company descriptions but also ready-to-sell packages.

Responsibilities Of The Host

The hosting destination or the company has to set up timetable with fullly hosted programme. It means that all expenses are covered including transportation, accommodation, meals and some activities. This also means departure from Helsinki and return to Helsinki are included in the programme.

Prerequisites To Organize Pre Or Post Tour

No prerequisites.

Other Qualifications To Be Host

Time of registration as host of pre or post tour, first-come, first-served
Pull factors of the programme and publishing of final itinerary
Interest of foreign tour operators about the programme

Registration And Organizing Fee

ToolBox Consulting Ltd charge of one pre or post tour programme as organizing fee total

Package 1                    900,00 euros + VAT 24 %, max. 6 persons, ToolBox organize approval process and select Buyers

                                     attending at the Tour

Package 2                    1100,00 euros + VAT 24 %, max. 10 persons, max. 10 persons, ToolBox organize approval process and

                                     select Buyers attending at the tour

Package 3                    1500,00 euros + VAT 24 %, max. 10 persons, multinationalities, Hosting destination has right to approve

                                     or disapprove the Buyer

Package 4                    1900,00 euros + VAT 24 %, unlimited amount of persons, multinationalities or selective nationalities

                                     minimum 3 different countries, Hosting destination has right to approve or disapprove the Buyer.

 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation not later than 15.12.2020.

Cancellation between 16.12.2020 – 6.1.2021 50 % of all company registration costs.

Cancellation between 7.1 – 20.1.2021 no refund.
