AWD2021 Rovaniemi and Finnish Lapland Digital Travel Workshop 23.03.2021

ADW stands for Arctic Design Week. The workshop is part of this week-long program. The theme of the tourism workshop is “Culture in Nature”. Organised for the 13th time, this professional design event and city festival brings together to the Arctic capital of Lapland, on the Arctic Circle, the locals, design experts, professional, students, researchers, and tourists.

The workshop is part of the Arctic Design Week Programme held in Rovaniemi between 22.3 – 28.3.2021.
This travel workshop shows several destinations from Finnish Lapland and two distinctive seasons: summer and winter.

The final registration date is 16.03.2021. We have an allotment for 60 Buyers.

The allotment for Buyers in ONLINE (remote access) is estimated to be 60. It is recommended to register as soon as possible. Invited Suppliers volume is estimated to be around 30 – 40 and they are also all Online to be reached. (So no possibility for Buyers to come to Rovaniemi in this case). All meetings are one-on-one, so no group meetings possible. It is recommended for Suppliers to come in Rovanemi. The venue place is called “Science Center Pilke” by the Metsähallitus. Address: Ounasjoentie 6, 96200 Rovaniemi.

Your data will be delivered as electronical Buyers’ Manual to Suppliers attending at the both workshops.  This manual is delivered for all Suppliers. 

Timetable: 23.03.2021 – from 09.00 to 17.00 o’clock Finnish time. 

All meetings take 15 minutes. You can have around 20 – 25 meetings during the day.

After you registration you will get more information to make your digital Profile, Prearranged Meetings and Platform for one-to-one meetings. It is recommended to participate in Training Sessions which help to use digital platform. We use Google Chrome as browser of the digital platform.
