Matka Workshop Day 2022 Virtual Pre and Post Tours for Buyers

Virtual Tours are organized between 16.1 and 18.1.2022. The tours are free of charge for the approved participants.

 REQUIREMENTS
•    You need to be registered and approved as Buyer at Matka Workshop Day 2021 
•    We approve around 10 – 20 participants for each tour
•    No limitations how many persons from the same company

 VIRTUAL TOURS TIMETABLE
•    16.1 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnish time
•    17.1 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnish time
•    18.1 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnisht time         

All tours are in English. 

DESTINATIONS AND THEMES
All destinations and possible themes for each tour will be published in end of April. You can contact ToolBox Consulting Ltd. for more information. Also you will get advertisement for the tours every week in ToolBox Consulting Ltd. “Matka Workshop Day Digital 2022 Virtual Pre Tour Newsletter”.

DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR VIRTUAL PRE TOURS
We use special Digital Platform called TAVATA.EVENTS for our Virtual Pre Tours.
The process for using this is as follows:
1. You will get an access code and password to your email. We recommend NOT to change the password for technical help reason.
2. We provide 3 Training Sessions and at least 1 Testing Session for the use of TAVATA.EVENTS digital platform. The dates will be published and informed for all registered Buyers. We recommend to participate at least for 1 Training Session and 1 Testing Session.
3. You can choose in TAVATA.EVENTS digital platform those tours you are interested in and you will get confirmation to your email address.

APPROVALS FOR EACH TOUR
You need approval for your participation for each tour you are interested in participating. There are no limits of tours the Buyers is able to participate, but there are allotments for each tour. If exceeded the allotment we will inform Buyer to seek an other tour.
