Participation fee
8.500€ + VAT 24 % (company, max. one representatives from the company).
850€ + VAT 24 % (additional representatives from the same company, max. 1 is allowed)
Price includes
Organizing the sales events among local tour operators and travel agencies; manuals, pre-registred meetings, English speaking ToolBox partner assistance.
Corporate Logo will be included on the summit website and will be branded as Bronze Partner for the congress
• Your company logo will be included in a monthly newsletter
• Your company will receive a list of attending buyers one week before the event
• Your company name will be included in the pre event press release
• Up to 12 One to one appointments with GCC buyers (20 will be prescheduled on -site over both days)
• A private corporate table reserved to run business meetings
• Access for one senior representative to the entire congress
• Access to coffee breaks and corporate 5 star luncheons
• Company logo will be listed on all collaterals used to promote the
Congress
• One page with company logo and profile in the congress brochure
The event website will contain and maintain the same level of branding for up to 6 months after the event
• Following the event, your company profile will be sent to delegates who attended the event and requested more information about your services
• Your company logo will be promoted under our MLT series sponsor
Price doesn’t include
Flight tickets in/out Dubai, accommodation or transportation expenses, or meals during the fair except meals provided by the event organizer 6.9 – 7.9.2021 part of the official event.
