Invitation to Japan Outbound Travel Digital Workshop 17 – 18.11.2021

Japanese Outbound Travel Online Workshop 18.11.2021 is dedicated to Japanese Buyers operating and/or interested in Baltic and Nordic markets and Suppliers which are located in Baltic and Nordic countries.

For Buyers the participation is free of charge, for Suppliers instead there is a participation fee.

The final registration date is 31.10.2021. Early Bird Package is valid until 30.09.2021.

The allotment for Suppliers in ONLINE (remote access) is estimated to be 20. This is the amount we are able to organize the event. It is recommended to register as soon as possible. Invited Buyers volume is estimated to be around 30 – 35. All Buyers are in remote access and attending digitally at the workshop. Buyers are mainly representing wholesalers, tour operators and travel agencies. Possible attendance also with some tour guides and media representatives. All meetings are one-on-one, so no group meetings possible. There is for additional cost to organize Group Presentations, max. 10 participant for 15 minutes session. Max. 4 session possible.

Your data will be delivered as electronical Suppliers’ Manual to Buyers attending at the both workshops.  This manual is delivered for all Buyers. Also you are going to get Buyers’ Manual (attendant’s name, company, email address) who are attending at the event ONLINE.

Timetable: 17 – 18.11.2021 as follows for both days:

from 06.00 to 11.00 o´clock Icelandic time

from 08.00 to 15.00 o´clock Danish, Norwegian and Swedish time

from 09.00 to 14.00 o’clock Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Russian time

from 15.00 to 20.00 o´clock Japanese time

PROGRAMME

The programme includes:

October and November Training to use workshop digital system, each training takes around 30 minutes

17.11  Final testing of your technical equipment for the workshop (sound, camera and information sources) 1 hour before the workshop starts

17.11 and 18.11  Workshop of 5 hours

            Break between 11.15 – 12.00 o´clock Finnish time

            Lucky Draw Lottery in the end of the day

PRICES

There is only one price package available with two options related to time as Early Bird or Normal Price Package:

Early Bird Price Package 12.8.2021 – 15.10.2021  – 650 euros + VAT 24% where applicable

Normal Price Packager 16.10.2021 – 31.10.2021  – 750 euros + VAT 24% where applicable

Additional person from the same company 150 euros + VAT24%

No possibility for the shared meetings with an other company.

Price includes:

– workshop time of 6 hours for both 2 days

– technical support for online meetings

– free training sessions to use workshop’s technical platform

– profile and marketing for foreign Buyers

– three Training Sessions between October-November 2021, and 1 Testing Session in November 2021

– Buyers’ Manual (in English) of all Buyers (online and offline)

– ToolBox personnel assistance

ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH COSTS

There are additional services available for Suppliers as follows. All the costs are shown in the questionnaire with multiple choice questions.

Group Sessions, 200 euros + VAT 24% where applicable, max. 4 x 15 minutes sessions during the day, 18.11.2021
Virtual Short FAM Trips, 900 euros + VAT 24% where applicable, max. 2 tours, Virtual Tours are organized between 22.11 – 25.11.2021, each tour can take max. 1 hour
