Welcome to attend WTM 2022 in London!

WTM London introduces global travel buyers to over 5,000 of the biggest destinations and brands in the world. WTM London prides itself on being the hub of travel ideas. We aim to give you, the global travel trade, an insight of how the industry will look in the next five years, share innovations, and create endless business opportunities over the course of three days.

This year our package is for the event in London 7.11 – 9.11.2022. Accepted Suppliers are taken in order of “first come, first served”.

Time: 7.11 at 10:00 – 18:00 (invite only), 8.11 at 10:00 – 18:00 and 9.11 at 10:00 – 17:00

ExCeL London is an exhibition and international convention centre located on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

Price: We have two price packages available

1.5 – 15.7.2022 time for registration as Early Bird Price Package

3450 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable)/person

850 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable) for additional person from the same company

16.7 – 30.8.2022 time for registration as Normal Price Package

3600 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable)/person

850 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable) for additional person from the same company

Late registration after 15.8.2022: The possibility to join is upon availability at the stand and there will be an additional fee of 100 euros to Normal Price Package. This additional price applies also for possible additional person from the same company.

Minimum of 12 companies needed to be able to organize this package.

Price includes:

– stand  in Europe section

– shared table with another company representative(s). Max. 2 companies/table with 4 chairs

– registration process as attendant for the event organizer

– company photo at wall and company logo with name at info desk

– 6.11 dinner at local pub where badges and other materials are distributed

Price does not include:

– your travel and accommodation costs in London

Shared services with all participants

– 2 electricity sockets (charging laptops, cellular telephones)

– info desk

– Brochure rack

– ToolBox representatives assistance

Last registration date is 30.8.2022.

We can provide this event and stand for minimum of 12 companies.

Note! There is a special cancellation refund operation due to event organizer’s policy in London. After confirmed registration we are not able to provide any refund after the stand has been reserved and confirmed.
