Welcome to join in our Vakantiebeurs Sales Visit 2023! OR if interested having a meeting table at the fair at “Green North” stand dedicated to promote Baltic and Nordic countries 11.1 – 15.1.2023!

Sales Visits

Sales Visits are organized 11.1 – 12.1.2023 ( two days ). Meetings start at 10.00 and end at 17.30. Each meeting takes from 20 to 60 minutes. The Dutch companies selected for meetings are chosen according to their wishes to meet Baltic and Nordic Suppliers. Attending Suppliers can request to meet selected Dutch companies but we cannot guarantee that the meeting request will be accepted. We have around 8 meetings per each day. Totally 16 meetings for 2 days. Comparing to our previous attendance at the fair, we have had around 20 meetings totally/ 2 days. Language for meetings is English. Minimum 1 company needed to organize the event. Maximum of 4 companies and chosen in registration order.

Stand named “Green North”

The event takes place 11.1.2023 (B2B meetings). The following day is also dedicated to B2B. The following days, 13.1 – 15.1.2023, are for consumers. The stand is approx. 25 sqm2. Exhibitor has a meeting table with 2 chairs. Common brochure rack for all companies joining the stand. Possibility for additional participant from the same company.

Price:

Early Bird Package 1.6 – 15.9.2022

* Sales visits: 950 euros + VAT 24%, 1 representative / company.

* Meeting Table at “Green North – Baltic & Nordic Countries stand” participation: 2650 euros + VAT 24%; 1 representative / company.

Normal Price Package 16.9 – 15.11.2022

* Sales visits: 1100 euros + VAT 24% , 1 representative / company.

* Meeting Table at “Green North – Baltic & Nordic Countries stand” participation: 2800 euros + VAT 24%; 1 representative / company.

Additional price: in both packages 150 euros + VAT 24% one representative from the same company (one appointment list)

The price includes:

– Sales visits: meetings with local tour operators, travel agencies and travel media during trade fair professional days, entrance tickets to the trade fair (1 day), ToolBox representative services. 

– Meeting Table at “Green North – Baltic & Nordic Countries stand” participation: 1 information desk, two chairs, common storage room, company name on the stand wall, ToolBox representative services

The price does not include:

– travel and accommodation expenses, meals
