Christmas is in the air! While it is not a national holiday in Japan, since only about 1 percent of the whole population in Japan is Christian, it is still felt throughout the country.

If you are visiting Japan between the end of November and New Year, you will find many things traditionally associated with Christmas: decorations, Christmas markets, and magnificent lights. You can also discover a few unique Japanese traditions with numerous charms that can and should be appreciated in their own right. While it may be a little different from what you might be used to, Christmas is still felt and celebrated in the land of the rising sun.

Our Christmas market is organized in centrally located local café in Tokyo. Our services provide sales sable and seminars. For travel trade we also organize sales sisits to local Japanese wholesalers, tour operators and travel agents. The Café operates during the time when Christmas Market is open. Café has place for approx. 20 people seated and approx. 30 people standing. There is a restroom (unisex) both for staff and clients. Storage room is available for the event mainly for your personal belongings and changing clothes.

Sales Table

Shopping time in Japan is normally from 10.00 a.m until 8.00 p.m. Our Christmas market tables are from 10.00 a.m until 6.00 p.m.

Price includes: table 182 cm (length) x 91cm (width) x 72cm (height) and a shelf 1470 cm (height) x 320 cm (width) OR a cloth rack 111 cm (height) x 51 cm (width). Promotional campaign to get consumers to the Christmas Market.

Price does not include: freight from your home country to Tokyo and back, travelling in/out Tokyo, accommodation in Tokyo, storage of your selling products, customs, meals in Tokyo.

Seminar

It is possible to organize a seminar for consumers and trade visitors. You can pick up the topic. Seminar takes max. 1 hour. You can choose your time between 10.00 a.m – 6.00 p.m. You can have as many seminar events between the period of 22.11 – 27.11.2022 as you want.

The following technical equipments are available: Projector, Wi-fi, Wireless mic. x 2, Sound Mixer, 21 power outlets

Seminar audience can be consumers, local trade, media or mixed of all three. Seminar area is where the clients of the Café are seated. During the Seminar the area is only used for seminar guests. All consumers, trade and media representatives are attending the seminar by invitation only and are preregistered.

Seminar prices are, currencies in euros and Japanese yens:

1 Seminar 1 hour 600,00 €, 82595 JPY

2 Seminars 1 hour each 1 000,00 €,  137655 JPY

Additional seminars 300,00 € /seminar, 41300 JPY

Price includes: technical equipments listed above, private space for the seminar, one coffee with cinnamon roll for each guest, seminar holder and a promotion campaign of the seminar

Price does not include: travel and accommodation costs, additional catering services.

Sales Visits

Sales visits are organized only for Baltic and Nordic travel trade. Normally we can organize 4 visits/day. Travel costs are included in the price. We use local metro and taxi services. The visiting places are either wholesaler, tour operator or travel agency offices located in Greater Tokyo area. Sales visits are made in groups ( maximum 4 Suppliers in one group ).

Price includes: ToolBox Consulting Ltd. representative services, sales visits arrangements, travel costs by using local public transportation.
