ToolBox Incentive Club

ToolBox Incentive Club is dedicated to all travel companies interested in incentive travel to Baltic and Nordic countries. 

Our main focus is in European market. We are organizing sales events and visits abroad, bidding and marketing tools, site inspections and FAM trips.

ToolBox Incentive Club – Road Shows in DACH, hybrid sales events.

The definition of hybrid: First online before the events via the MICE Buyer community and media channels and then meeting face-to-face in each event location. The events are Afterwork-events 18:00 – 21:00/city.

Up to 40 event planners from companies (approx. 35%), associations (approx. 25%) and agencies(approx.30%) in Germany. Focusing on planners, who organize events abroad.

Event is especially aimed for international suppliers for German market. Max. 25 suppliers per event.

Approx. 2500 event planners reached in Germany, web pages reach 8000 monthly users.

Extensive online content marketing for each supplier. Buyers can make concrete decisions of the participating suppliers whether they want to register for the event and prepare for the meetings with interesting suppliers in advance. This is highly appreciated by the MICE buyers and suppliers.

In April 2023 there can be some possibilities for similar event participation at short notice in Germany and in Switzerland (Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, Basel). If you are interested only in MICE Club in 1 city or in participation in Mice Club 2-6 cities, please contact us separately and we can make a tailor-made offer for you.

Price includes:

Online presentation of each supplier via the mice community and media channels before the event : extensive content marketing for each supplier incl. Newsletter, advertorial, free entry in exhibitor directory, social media. It is recommended to produce for this purpose also a short video material by your mobile device, easy and personal.
Newsletter & advertorial translation from English to German
After Work Networking -event 3 hours incl. catering/city
ToolBox Consulting representative assistance in each workshop event and prior to the event coordinating the online materials for the pre-event online presentations.

Price does not include:

Travel and accommodation costs in each cities
Meals during the roadshow ( please note that some meals are included in the package price )

Additional services:

Optional stream-TV in social medial in selected media: from 1100 €/company.
Sales calls in connection, max. 4 companies, 3-4 sales calls/day, 1200 €/day    
All the above rates are without VAT (24 %). VAT will be added to each rate (if applicable).
