We have also in Baltic Sea region many important markets - not only Russia. Swedish visitors frequently travel also in Nordic countries, Baltic states and Russia. Ferry and cruise companies are providing easy access for Swedish customers to explore neighbouring countries. 

We have establish a campaign targeted to reach Swedish families to travel especially during the summer 2016. It is a combination of different activities and highlighting Skärgårdsmässa (= Archipelago Fair) event in Stockholm in the end of May.

Green North -  B2C marketing activity

Price: One company €7 900, hotel chain 2 – 5 premises €9 500 and tourist destination €11 000

Included: Product Sheet Mailing, Barnsemester.se web-campaign, Viking Line Sales Visit and Skärgårdsmässa, translations in Swedish.

Not included: Travel and accommodation costs in Sweden (Viking Line Sales Visit and Skärgårdsmässa)

Timing: Campaign is launched in March for B2B. Target season is summer; May – September sales.

Price: One company €1 600, hotel chain 2 – 5 premises €2 800 € and tourist destination €3 800

Included: Product Sheet Mailing, Viking Line Sales Visit, translations in Swedish

Not included:

Timing: Campaign is launched in April for B2B and for B2C in April-May. Target season is summer; May – September sales.

 

SKÄRGÅRDSMÄSSA


The Archipelago Fair in The Royal Djurgården is since 1989 one of the most appreciated events in Stockholm with more than 50 000 visitors searching for ideas for the summer holidays.

Price: €2600 + VAT 24% (price per 1 supplier sharing a tent with another supplier).

Included: Place in a tent to be shared with another supplier, participation arrangements. Not included: Travel costs, accommodation, meals.

Timing: 20-22 May 2016

Please note: Min. 6 suppliers needed.

 

BARNSEMESTER


Advertisement on the web page or newsletter. The web page has 20.000-80.000 unique visitors/week and has 50.000-350.000 exposures/week.

The newsletter is sent twice a month to 60.000 contacts (25% opening rate).

Prices:

• Web page www.barnsemester.se: Starting from €320 euro + VAT 24% per 1000 exposures during the campaign (“Panorama”, (980 x 120 px) CPM)

Newsletter:

The Newsletter Format Ad is placed in the middle of the newsletter: 510 x 120 and 510 x 240: From €2 200.
