Workshop Buyers and Suppliers in Alphabetical Order will be published in 15.09.2022.

26.09 - 29.10.2023

We recommend to arrive at least one day before the programme starts. Time difference between Europe and Japan is 4 - 7 hours. The jet lag is affecting mentally and physically.

Sales Visits (optional)

We offer Sales Visits at the premises of local travel trade. Distances in Tokyo are huge. Tokyo is the most populated city in the world. We can provide minimum 2 Sales Visits in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. We use local metro, train and taxi services. Public transportation tickets and taxi fares are included in the price.

Sales Visit Days are 20.9 and 21.9.2022 as follows:

20.9 - you can choose either half day (min. 2 visits) or full day programme (min. 4 visits).

21.9 - we have only morning Sales Visits (min. 2 visits)

Welcome Dinner 21.9.2022

Walking distance from Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Shiodome. It is included in all our offered Participation Packages. The dinner includes 3-course meal with two classes  of wine (red or wine), beer, water or soft drinks.

Departure from the hotel at 18.00 o'clock. Return to the hotel is approx. 20.30 Japanese time. 

Workshop 22.9.2022

If you stay at Villa Fontaine Tokyo Shiodome Hotel, we provide free metro tickets for you. The local metro station is at walking distance and there is a direct metro line to Big Sight where both the workshop and JATA2022 event take place.

Suppliers can come to prepare the workshop table at 13.00 o'clock.

Workshop starts at 14.00 o'clock.

 Non-stop coffee/tea station, canapées served between 16.00 - 18.00.

Tourism Expo Japan 2023 in Osaka 

The entrance tickets are included in most of our Supplier Packages. There are two main Halls, one Hall is dedicated to Japanese inbound travel destinations. The most important is the Hall where foreign destinations, outbound tour operators, travel agencies and wholesalers are located.

Note! We provide an option to host own stand at the Tourism Expo Japan 2023 Outbound Travel Hall. This is a tailor-made package, starting price is 4500,00 euros.

Workshop Dinner 21.9 (optional)

Walking distance from the hotel. Not included in any of our offered Packages. All personal meals and drinks need to be covered by the participant. Couple of menus to choose from. Few Japanese Buyers are invited to join the dinner.

Hakone National Park 2-Day Tour (optional)

24.9 - 25.9

Interesting tour to one of the most known natural habitat area in Japan. Hakone National Park is southwards from Tokyo and next to the park there is the famous holiest mountain of Japan, Mount Fuji. The area includes many Shindo and Buddist Temples, vulcanic area, Hakone Lake and especially hot springs and Ryokan (local accommodation, with traditional ways of staying overnight), and dinner. Accommodation is in single rooms including Japanese breakfast.

We use Romance Train from Tokyo to Hakone and we return to Tokyo by train. Package also includes accommodation, cruise on Hakone Lake, funicular trip over vulcanic area, spa visit, overnight at Ryokan, dinner, breakfast.

Return to Tokyo in the afternoon.

Dinner 25.9 (optional)

Farewell dinner. Only for Suppliers. We use local metro to get in the restaurant. Metro tickets are included in the price.
