Development of Area Organization

ToolBox has its own model to develop the Area Organization in it's challenging work to establish excellent cooperation between public and private sector. We have been combining also sales and marketing tools, development of tourism, timetable and resources. A special approach is to introduce the competence of those who are in key position. This is mainly used to improve communication within the network. We call this model as FLOW Model.

Present state analysis; capacity survey, image survey and operational resources are issues we have to consider the starting point for the project itself.
