Welcome to the CONNECT 2026 Route Development Form and sales workshop event, February 2026!

Lublin, Poland will host the 22nd edition of CONNECT from 17 to 19 February 2026.

Meet the airport and airline representatives from more than 60 countries!
Our operation includes hosting a “GreenNorth” stand promoting all Baltic and Nordic countries interested in having new or expand existing airline connections. This event is suitable for Destination Management Companies, Regional Councils, Airports and private companies interested in having direct airline connections. Build your network to generate new business and operations! Boost your brand awareness with sponsorship and exhibit opportunities.
There are preregistered meetings available for those who are registered with the rights of “industry supplier”. There can also be additional negotiator and participants promoting the destination at the Green North stand.
The event includes additional seminars, other social programmes and few meals which are also included in the programme package.

Early Bird price package: Stand participation and workshop participation 8.4 – 10.4.2026
– 1 person/company: 9 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits only, no stand
– 2 persons/2 companies 8 800 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits only, no stand
– 3 persons/3 companies 7 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 4 persons/4 companies 6 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 5 persons/5 companies 6 500 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 6 persons/6 companies 5 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 7 persons/7 companies 5 500 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 8 persons/8 companies 5 000 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand

– 2nd person/from the same company: 1200 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable)

Normal price package. Stand participation and workshop participation 8.4 – 10.4.2025
– additional price of 400 euros added in each price category of Early Bird Price Package.

We estimate to have a minimum of 3 companies to organize this programme.

Price includes:
– stand in Europe section when 3 or more companies are joining
– table with a representative(s) from another company
– registration process as attendant for the event organizer
– company name at the stand wall and possibly at info desk
– welcome dinner

Price does not include:
– your travel and accommodation costs in Seville

Additional Services:
– Sales Visits among outbound travel trade

Shared services with all the participants:
– 2 electricity sockets (charging laptops, mobile telephones)
– info desk
– litterature rack
– ToolBox representatives assistance

Early Bird Package is valid between 1.8.2024 – 31.10.2025 and
Normal Price Package is valid between 1.11.2024 – 31.12.2025.
We can provide this event and stand for minimum of 3 companies.

After confirmed registration we are not able to provide any refund after the stand has been reserved and confirmed.

Sales Visits
Would you be interested in Sales Visit before or after Routes Event 2026? We can provide Sales Visits in major cities in the event hosting country. Cities will be listed when the hosting destination has been chosen by the event organizers These are tailor-made programmes and the final programme will be decided according to the participants and timetable.

Prices are:
1 company representative, 1 day 1900 euros + VAT
2 company representatives, 1 day 1200 euros + VAT/company
2nd and 3rd days are 900 euros + VAT
Sample: 2 day Sales Visits including Barcelona and Madrid 1 day in each city: There are 2 different company representatives. Price total: 1200 + 900 euros + VAT = 2100 euros + VAT
