Registration for Buyers: This event is only for Suppliers.

ToolBox Consulting Ltd will organize 2-day sales calls to the event. The dates are: 21 and 22 January. The amount of appointments is appx. 14 appointments/2 days and we can take 4 companies with us on first come first served basis.

The Fair is open 21-25 January. Dates 21-22 January are for travel trade professionals and 25-26 January for public.

Opening hours:

21-23 January: 10:00 – 19:00

24 January: 10:00 – 20:00

25 January: 10:00 – 18:00

Price category varies according to: 1. time when the registration is made and 2. how many participants there are.

Price categories: 

Example: only 1 participating company
Super Early Bird until 31 Aug: 2100 euros
Early Bird Sep 1-30: 2300 euros
Normal price Oct 1-31: 2500 euros
Additional participant from the same company: 900 euros / 2 days
VAT will be added to above prices

2 participating companies: deduction in each price category is 150 euros + VAT

3 participating companies: deduction in each price category is 300 euros + VAT

4 participating companies: deduction in each price category is 450 euros + VAT

Note! This deduction policy does not apply to additional persons
