Tables for four persons can be shared with 2 companies too.

Table 1: 5 600 € + VAT. Max. 2 persons (4 chairs); 1 company participation cost is 2 800 € + VAT.
Table 2: 3 900 € + VAT. Max 1 person (2 chairs)

1.7.2024 -31.8.2024 time for registration as Early Bird Price Package
Table 1: 5 800 € + VAT. Max. 2 persons (4 chairs)
Table 2: 4 100 € + VAT. Max 1 person (2 chairs)

1.9.2024 -31.10.2024 time for registration as Normal Price Package
Table 1: 6 000 € + VAT. Max. 2 persons (4 chairs)
Table 2: 4 300 € + VAT. Max 1 person (2 chairs)

1.11.2024 -31.12.2024 time for registration as Last Minute Price Package

Minimum of 6 companies (tables) needed to be able to organize this package service.

Price includes:

• Stand in Northern Europe section
• Own or shared table with another company representative(s). See above.
• Registration process as attendant for the event organizer

Price does not include:

• Your travel and accommodation costs in Berlin

Shared services with all participants:

• 2 electricity sockets (charging laptops, cellular telephones)
• Info desk
• Brochure rack
• ToolBox representatives assistance
