The event takes place in Jaarbeurs building where there are 5 different Halls.

“Green North” stand locates in the Hall where Northern Europe destinations are located, including the Netherlands.

Two first days are for travel professionals and rest of the 3 days for consumers.

From 09.30 until 17.00 daily basis.

We recommend all exhibitors to stay both trade and consumer days, but it is not obligatory.

ToolBox Consulting representative will be attending at the fair also during consumer days.

This event is only for Suppliers.

We will invited Dutch and other Benelux countries tour operators and travel trade to visit at our stand and also we make “Sales Visits” at their stands during the fair.

We will organize a webinar during Fall 2025 for all registered participants about the event.

We recommend to book your accommodation as early as possible because there are limited number of accommodation available.

We organize Welcome Event one day prior the event start where we give some practical advise about the event and deliver badges. The location will be informed later in Fall 2025.

We will set up a special WhatsApp Group for all participants and the communication will be moved there during the fair.

* Shared Table 1600 euros + VAT%, 1 representative/company. Two companies total 3200 euros + VAT%

Early Bird Package is valid between 1.6 – 31.8.2025
* Participation fee 2400 euros + VAT% , 1 representative / company
* Additional person from the same company 790 euros + VAT%.
* Shared Table 1800 euros + VAT%, 1 representative/company. Two companies total 3600 euros + VAT%

Normal Price Package 1 is valid between 1.9 – 30.10.2025 (upon availability)
* Participation fee 2600 euros + VAT%; 1 representative / company.
* Additional person from the same company 790 euros + VAT %.
* Shared Table 2000 euros + VAT%, 1 representative/company. Two companies total 4000 euros + VAT%
