Strategy Process

Our first phase is to analyze current situation in the area including capacities. Tourism direct and indirect income will be clarified, as well as employment situation.

Competition in the market is taken into consideration in the strategy work. Destination Planning and Targets of travel industry will be solved by personal interviews. SWOT Analysis is gathered together to make a Strategy Plan or Master Plan. This is delivered to the tourism industry in the area. Strategy Plan will be distributed and measured according to the process.

ToolBox Consulting approach is starting from existing image information, strengths and weaknesses. The most important factor is the competitors. Limited resources are guiding us to choose attributes where the resort or company is sovereign.

ToolBox Consulting has its own model to develop the Destination Management Organizations and Tourist Resorts in it’s challenging work to establish excellent cooperation between public and private sector. We combine also sales and marketing tools, development of travel products, timetable and resources. A special approach is to introduce the competence of those who are in key position. This is mainly used to improve communication within the network. We call this model as FLOW Model.
