Host Discover Finland-Estonia-Sweden Media 2025 Pre and Post Tours!

Join in our Discover Finland-Estonia-Sweden Media 2025 Pre and Post Tours programme! We are looking for hosting destinations, companies and organizations to take care of travel media professionals. 

 The Discover Finland-Estonia-Sweden Media 2025 Pre and Post Tours programmes will be implemented in January 2025 at the same time as the Matka 2025 Travel Fair. The goal is to offer approximately 5 to 6 attractive and high-quality tours/visits in Estonia, Finland and Sweden, the duration of which is from half a day to 3 days (2 nights). We aim for around 30 media guests who represent traditional travel media, freelance journalists, social channels, influencer marketers, TV and radio journalists. Pre- and post-tours are especially suitable for tourism areas, cooperation between several tourism areas or larger tourism companies that have offerings for different nationalities and customer groups. The last chance to register is by 15 October 2024.

 TOUR PARTICIPANTS 

• 4-7 people/group 

• The whole group from one country or gathered from several different nationalities STARTING AND ENDING PLACES OF THE PROGRAMMES 

• Departure port or airport in Finland, Helsinki railway station (including transport from accommodation), Lappeenranta-Helsinki (pre tour only, Russian participants) 

• Messukeskus (bus or taxi transport) 

• Accommodation in the capital region (bus or taxi transport) 

 THEMES AND CUSTOMER SEGMENTS

Tourist destinations and companies can launch their new products or present existing ones using different themes and customer segments. These include e.g. certain summer or winter activity presentation, wellness theme, families with children, a well-known person or presentation of the anniversary of the issue, luxury tourism, culture and events, etc. Participating companies and destinations can be part of a larger tour. In addition to target and company presentations, we are looking for ready-made product packages for sale.

ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITIES 

The organizer's task is to plan a "fully hosted" programme that fits the schedule, where he is responsible for the group's transportation, accommodation, food, programme execution and all incurred costs.

THE CHOICE OF THE ORGANIZER IS AFFECTED

• Time of registration (first-come, first-served)

• The completion of the programme and the attractiveness of the programme as a whole • foreign buyers are interested in the programme   
 

ARRANGEMENT FEE 

We charge 2 100 euros + VAT 24% as an arrangement fee for one pre- or post-tour programme. 

 The price includes 

• Travel arrangements and contacts for media representatives 

• Communication with the contact person responsible for the pre- and post-tour programmes 

• Feedback regarding programmes 

• Presentation of pre- and post-tour destinations to foreigners participating in the tour 

 Not included in the price 

• Are representatives of only one nationality ( negotiable with the ToolBox representative, please contact us and we make a quotation) 

• Tour guide/tour leader services. ToolBox can provide tour leader with the quoted price 500 euros/day + VAT 24 % 

• Transport, meal , activity or accommodation costs from departure point -> places to visit -> return point (= the hosting destination/s will take care of these costs).
