Outdoors Travel Hybrid Workshop 2024 in Tahko 27.5 or online 28.5, Finland

Sales event for producers of tourism services that take place in nature, as well as tourist destinations, accommodation and food service companies and transport companies, in whose area summer and/or winter activities are an important source of income. Companies also have a desire to seek customers from international markets.

The Outdoor Travel Workshop is being organized now for the fourth time. The goal is to present summer and winter activities and companies offering these services. The target group is B2B foreign travel agencies and tour operators who have special expertise in selling activities. We aim for approx. 20 – 30 buyers who are particularly interested in activities.

NEW! The event is now also in online. Due to demand from both Supplier and Buyer side, we decided to organize the event also online. The date for this event is 28.5.2024, Tuesday.

PROGRAMME

The programme includes:

24.05 - 26.05 Pre Tour programmes

27.05. Sellers can bring their materials to the sales table between 09:00 and 10:00 a.m

          Workshop timetable: 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m

          Lunch break from noon until 01.00 p.m

          Lucky Draw for buyers from 03:45 until 04:00 p.m

         Get Together party from 06.00 p.m until 09:30 p.m

A light lunch includes an appetizer and a main course.

Throughout the workshop, coffee and tea will be served in the sales area.

GET TOGETHER PARTY 

The Get Together party is indoors. In May, the weather can vary, so you should also consider clothing according to the weather. There is a bus transport to the party venue. If you have your own transport or you want to walk, the distance is about 2 - 3 kilometers. When registering, report any food allergies and restrictions.

ACCOMMODATION

One free night is included in the Buyer's Package. The free acccommodation is at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko ****, Sääskiniementie 560, 73310 Tahkovuori

You need to choose either 26.5 - 27.5 OR 27.5 - 28.5 for your free night (in the registration form).

Naturally you can book also additional nights from the hotel.

To confirm the registration, we need more information about you and your company. You need to go the Registration site where you have to answer few questions. Some of the questions are mandatory; * = mandatory answer.

The questionnaire contains the following headings:

Company information, Workshop participation, Personal information, Food restrictions or allergies, your free night accommodation preferencies, your knowledge to practise some activities, travel information (passport/EU ID card info, and would you like to join in the Get Together Party 27.5.2024. 

Note! Max. 2 persons from the same company can participate. 

Note! It is not always possible that both company participants are able to join in the same Pre or Post Tour programme. Normally the hosting destination accepts only one representative from a company.
