Traditional Finnish Food and Culture in Tuusulanjärvi Area (Southern Finland Lake District)

 I got a fantastic tour package from my friend Mr. Jaakko Juolahti of Tuusula Lake Tourism. This is even suitable for those who are only doing stop-over at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport during one day. The product is suitable for individuals as well as for groups.The package description is as follows:On the shores of lake Tuusulanjärvi 15 km North from the Helsinki-Vantaa international airport you will visit either the composer Jean Sibelius’ Ainola www.ainola.fi or the painter Pekka Halonen’s Halosenniemi www.halosenniemi.fi both home museums. Lunch will be enjoyed at the restaurant Krapihovi www.krapi.fi which is famous for its traditional Finnish Buffet. The guide will meet at the airport and will be with the group until the departure back to the airport.The bookings should be made one week in advance but can even be inquired with shorter notice and will be arranged if possible. The total duration of the tour is approximately 3,5 hours.
