New language added in ToolBox website: Chinese

We have been adding Chinese language because the company is having several tourism operations going on between China and Finland, Nordic countries and Baltic States.First of all we are organizing campaigns and Road Show in China in 2013.We are also interested in Technical Visit Programmes organized in Nordic countries. We are adding more information in Chinese about these services in our filiale, Green North GSA.Third task is to create more detailed Master Plan Development Programme in China. We have had some negotiations going on mainly in Southern China. Hopefully we will get good results on these cases already in 2013.
