Seminar of Chinese outbound travelling at ITB

We would like to recommend for those attending at ITB Fair and if interested in Chinese outbound market there is very interesting seminar happening 4.3.2015 (Wednesday) at 14.30 – 15.15, Hall 7.1 New York 1.Until now, tourists from China have visited well-known “must-see” destinations and attractions. The second wave of Chinese outbound tourists is leaving the “tourist track” – peripheral destinations are experiencing above-average growth. At the same time, the motives for travel are changing from sightseeing to lifestyle-confirmation. What is causing the changes in Chinese travel trends, how can established destinations react and what will the future of Chinese outbound tourism look like?Greetings:Katrina Leung, Executive Director, ITB AsiaModerated by:Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Georg Arlt, Director, COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute, West Coast University of Applied Sciences GermanyPanel guests:Prof. Barbara Haller-Rupf, Project Leader Chinese outbound winter tourists in Europe, University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur Nina Kubik-Cheng, Senior Vice President, Dragon Trail Interactive Jacopo Sertoli, CEO, Select Holding Zhao Yinong, CEO, GBTIMES
