MeetFinland 2016 gathers together for it’s pre and post tours over 120 tour operators

In this coming weekend there will be many foreign tour operator representatives visiting in several tourism destinations in Finland before famous MeetFinland 2016 workshop event.  Destinations for this year MeetFinland 2016 pre tours are: Levi, which is having some luxury tour operators and visitors from South KoreaRovaniemi, where is gathering tour operators mainly from Europe and also four GLBT media representatives Kuopio-Tahko and VisitKarelia, which is providing interesting tour for European tour operator and one is coming from AsiaNaantali, is taking by bus tour operators from Russia, Central Europe and one representative from JapanHoliday Club in Lappeenranta, which is hosting tour operators from France and Baltic states Espoo Wild & Free tour gets visitors from Europe There are two Post tour destinations. Post tour programmes starts after Matka2016 travel show for professionals is over on Friday 22.1. Greater Helsinki is hosting tour operators from Russia, Baltic states and Central Europe. There are also some Japanese tour operators staying in Helsinki only. Viking Line will have clients from China and Russia.Altogether 12 different groups and over 120 tour operators are visiting in Finland during one week. ToolBox -travel marketing & consulting has been operating with these MeetFinland pre and post tours now for three years, which is part of Matka Workshop Day programme. MeetFinland was organized very first time in 2008 and the idea of this event was created by Inna-Pirjetta Lahti and Kari Halonen which both are still working on this event but in their own companies. Matka Workshop Day has been developed rapidly to be the biggest B2B event in Finland. There are approx. 250 foreign tour operators attending at the event.
