Invitation: Matka Workshop Day 2020 Pre and Post Tours

Again it is time to start our Matka Workshop Day 2020 event and popular FAM trips to different locations in Finland … and also to Estonia. ToolBox Consulting  Ltd. is the official partner of Messukeskus (Fair Centre of Helsinki) and one of the founders of the event which is now over 10 years old.

Matka Workshop Day 2020 – registration

Matka Workshop Day is sales event where Finnish and some neighbouring countries are presenting their destinations and companie for foreign tour operators and travel agents. The event is gathering around 100 Suppliers and 250 Buyers. Matka Workshop Day 2020 will be 15.1.2020.

Pre and Post Tours – registration

We have 10 different Pre or Post Tours available of which 4 are officially published. If you are interested to participate in fully hosted tours, please register to separate registration site where you can indicate and request your interest over different tours. You need to get approval from the hosting destination and we recommend the earlier you make your regisration the faster you will get approval.

You can apply for max. 2 tours and practically it is possible to have 1 Pre Tour and 1 Post Tour. The guidelines are shown in the registration site. Each tour will have from 4 – 10 persons.

You need to be attendant also at Matka Workshop Day event. In some cases we accept the situation where one company representative is participating for the workshop (f.ex. Contract Manager) and then an other person is participating for Pre and Post Tours (f.ex. from Sales Office).
