Our operating areas are Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and Nordic countries (Denmark incl. Greenland, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). We have also in West Russia a location where we are looking for investors and companies working within tourism.

Mainly our investors are from East Asia, South-East Asia but also from Europe. One of our main partner, more global and more knowledge of European Union business operations, Commercial Mundi Ltd, which is a privately owned company, provides larger variety of services for investors looking for properties in our area.
