Baltic and Nordic Travel Workshop in Tokyo

WORKSHOP AND JATA TRAVEL EVENT 2020
Workshop and JATA Travel Event in Japan are both dedicated for companies located in Baltic and Nordic countries and companies located in West Russia. Buyers are Japanese travel trade representatives (wholesalers, tour operators, travel agentsi) and some travel media. The event is organized both online and offline. Online means here that both Buyers and Suppliers can be in remote access. Offline means the Supplier and/or Buyer will come to Tokyo. 

The offline event includes workshop,  visit at JATA Travel B2B event, one day sales calls and options to free-time tours to Hakone (well-known natural park and Tokyo sightseeing). Online event means one-to-one meetings with limited number of Japanese outbound travel trade representatives.

You have options to have either own table or shared table with an other company representative. The size of the table is approx. 1,5mx0,60m, 4 chairs and free wifi for the internet.  There is a separate plugs for your cellular telephone or computer charging in the workshop room. During the workshop there is catering service and restrooms are located nearby. All Suppliers at the workshop are from Baltic states, Nordic countries and West Russia. Buyers are mainly tour operators, travel agents or travel media representatatives. We are expecting around 50 Buyers to attend at the event. 

Tokyo Sales Visits are made among local wholesaler, tour operator or travel agency offices. Our delegation will be divided in groups of 3 – 5 companies. We will travel from one office location to another by using public transportation (mainly metro or train). We can provide maximum 4 visits/day. Starting point for the visits will be Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Shiodome.

During the workshop programme, you have a chance to visit at the special JATA travel trade event, which is a new concept. The participation fee includes also registration processes to JATA event, entrance ticket.

* Tokyo Sales Visits 11.9, max. 4 visits during the day
* JATA Travel B2B visit 12.9, possible for sales meetings in Saturday morning 12.9

* Tokyo Sightseeing Tour 1 day 9.9 OR 11.9.2020, 
* Ryotei Restaurant 13.9.2020, 120 euros + VAT 24 %

1.500 € + VAT 24 % (own table, one participant)
1.900 € + VAT 24 % (own table, two representatives from the same company)
1.100€ + VAT 24 % (shared table with another company representative, total 2000€ + VAT 24%)

the prices above. From 16.7.2020 – 1.8.2020 +200 euros added to the
