In many Asian countries, virus testing is surprisingly low

No major changes in Asia. Infection rates are relatively high relative to the population of the country in those countries where they have been high in the past.

I do not really believe that, at the end of July, the situation in the countries in question would even be so good that the EU, and at the same time the Finnish Government, would allow tourists to enter its territories.

In many Asian countries, virus testing is surprisingly low (under 3% of the population). Of particular note is the low
figures for Japan. Testing is not common in Thailand either. Nevertheless, e.g. The Finnish government listed these
countries’ commuters to enter the country without restrictions. We have marked these countries in blue if, for example,
there are suspicions of low infection rates associated with low testing.

IF we could choose from these Asian countries the tourists we would also allow to come on a leisure trip to the Baltics and the Nordic countries, they would be: Bhutan, Brunei, China, Cyprus, Georgia, Hong Kong-China, Japan, Jordan, Macao-China, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
