Matka Workshop Day Digital 2021 Virtual Pre Tours for Buyers 17.5 – 19.5.2021

Virtual Tours takes place between 17.5 – 19.5.2021. There are two daily options to choose from; morning and afternoon. All schedules shown are in Finnish time.

You can have as many tours you want.

REGISTRATION

After your registration we will send you an access code and password for a Digital Platform of TAVATA EVENTS where all tours are organized. You can book your preferred tours and you will get confirmation/approval from each tour host. 

REQUIREMENTS

•      You need to be registered and approved as Buyer at Matka Workshop Day 2021

•      We approve around 10 – 20 participants for each tour

•      No limitations how many persons from the same company

VIRTUAL TOURS TIMETABLE

•      17.5 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnish time

•      18.5 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnish time

•      19.5 at 10.00 – 12.00 and at 14.00 – 16.00 Finnisht time        

All tours are conducted in English. Tour timetable can vary from 30 minutes up to 2 hours time. The schedule will be shown in our Digital Platform TAVATA EVENTS.

After your registration for Virtual Pre Tours

You will receive from ToolBox Consulting Ltd. representative Ms. Vivian Li a special access code and password for the Digital Platform where the Virtual Pre Tour will take place.

We organize three Training Session where we will show the functions of the Digital Platfrom called Tavata Events. It is essential you use as browser Google Chrome. We strongly recommend

to participate at least one of these Training Sessions. Also we have additionally a Testing Session for your PC, laptop or iPad which are recommned to be used during these Virtual Tours.

The timetable of Training Sessions and Testing Session will be published in mid-April.
