Information for travelers from outside the EU dated 28.10.2021
On 28 October 2021, the European Council updated the list of third countries from which travel restrictions imposed following a coronary pandemic should be lifted. The list includes the following countries:
Argentina (new)
Australia
Bahrain
Canada
Chile
China (subject to reciprocity)
Colombia (new)
Jordan
Kuwait
Namibia (new)
New Zealand
Qatar
Peru (new)
Rwanda
Saudi Arabia
Singapore
South Korea
Ukraine
United Arab Emirates
Uruguay
Travel restrictions should also be phased out in the Hong Kong and Macao SARs.
In the category of communities and regional authorities not recognized as States by at least one Member State, Taiwan’s travel restrictions should also be phased out.
