North American Roadshow 2023 in Canada and USA – including also sales event in Mexico City

Workshop gathers together Suppliers from all over Baltic and Nordic countries. Roadshow workshop cities are Chicago, New York and Toronto. This is the first time we organize this Roadshow. 

USA is the leading outbound travel country in North America. The second biggest growth-rate comes from Canada.

PROGRAMME

We organize a Roadshow in May touring in these two countries as follows. We keep the rights for the programme and possible changes. This programme has been updated 20.12.2022.

Day 1, Sunday 14.5.2023 Chicago, USA

18.00 Welcome to Roadshow.  Meeting other participants of the Roadshow and last minute information regarding the tour. Possible flight tickets and badges delivered.

19.00 Optional dinner after the meeting in nearby restaurant in city centre (to be informed later)

Day 2, Monday 15.5.2023 Chicago, USA, Workshop

09.00   Preparations of workshop table (no roll-ups allowed in the workshop room). Electricity plug installed participants workshop table needs to be order beforehand (in the registration form). Non-stop coffee/tea station available already from noon.

10.00   Workshop starts, no prearranged meetings, suppliers’ tables are seated in alphabetical order.

11.00   Catering service without interruption of the workshop meetings

17.00   Departure from the hotel to Toronto

Day 3, Tuesday 16.5.2023 Toronto, Canada

           Day free / optional tour to Niagara Falls

Prices:

1900 euros + VAT 24% (VAT if applicable)/additional person from the same company

2700 euros + VAT 24% (VAT if applicable)/person/ shared table with another, different company representative. It is companies task to find the other company to share the table with them. Maximum 2 persons in one shared table.

2. Workshop Package including flights and accommodation

Price:

1 participant: starting price 5900 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable) / person/company

Additional person from the same company: starting price 3900 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable)/person/from the same company

Shared table with another (different company) company representative 5600 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable)/person/company. Total 11200 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable) for 2 companies. Max. 2 persons can share the table.

Price includes: 
– 3 workshop events with catering service
– inbound flights (2 flights: Chicago – Toronto, Toronto – New York) according to the official itinerary, economy class flight tickets 
– transfers (6 transfers: Chicago – Chicago Airport, Toronto Airport – Toronto, Toronto – Toronto Airport,  and New York Airport – New York)

– accommodation in 4-star hotel including breakfast (if additional person, he/she has own room) in Chicago 14.05 – 16.05, Toronto 16.05 – 18.05 and New York 18.05 – 19.05.2023

Niagara Falls Tour, 1 day tour 16.05.2023

Niagara Falls are waterfalls on the border of the Canada and the USA. 

Tour includes:

Bus transfer from Toronto to Niagara Falls and back. Light lunch, possible entrance tickets.  Professional Tour Guide Gratuities.

Mexico, optional programme

Mexico City Workshop 22.5 and Sales Visits 23.5.2023, price 1900 euros + VAT 24 %, if applicable

  Mexico City package price doesn’t include travel and accommodation costs to in/out Mexico City. We need minimum of 3 companies to provide this Mexico City event.
