ITB Asia 2023 – ”Luxury Travel in Europe” Singapore, 25.10 – 27.10.2023
ITB Asia has this year, the very first theme stand dedicated to luxury and high-end travel. The stand is for European luxury travel destinations and companies interested in Asian and Oceanian markets. Join us in meeting Buyers from luxury travel sectors, within 3 days, all in one location. It is only for B2B event.
We are providing together with ITB Asia event organizers a special Hosted Buyers Programme, with 30 luxury travel specialists from different companies located mainly in Asia and Oceania.
Last year there were 10.300 visitors, over 750 exhibitors from 73 countries. Registered buyers were counted 880 and over 16.000 matched meetings.

Registration fee
6.900 € + VAT 24 % (Early Bird Rate, registration before 30.3.2023).
7.400 € + VAT 24% (Registration before 31.5.2023)
7.900 € + VAT 24 % (Registration before 30.8.2023)
Maximum 2 persons/company. Additional person 500 € + VAT 24%
Price includes:
Event arrangements, stand (table with chairs, meeting area, decoration), manuals, pre-arranged meeting schedule (joint meeting lists). ”Luxury Travel in Europe” is 90 sqm stand where all Exhibitors have their own area. There is a special storage room in the middle. For two days there is a special Panel Discussion where the Exhibitors can be presented and introduced to European luxury travel.
Price does not include:
Travel, accommodation and meal expenses.
Marina Bay Sands provides for accommodation services. Other accommodation options are available in Singapore too.
Note! ”Luxury in Europe” is dedicated to Exhibitors; companies and destinations located in Europe and doing incoming to Europe. Suitable amount of participants is 20.
The needed amount of material is max. 200 pieces ( brochure, gadgets or other material ).

Business Matching
ITB Asia’s Business Matching is exclusively for confirmed buyers and exhibitors only.
The Business Matching system offers each buyer and exhibitor the opportunity to select relevant parties to conduct business meetings. Ultimately, the goal of the business matching is to mitigate the hassle of arranging appointments on-site and to ensure that you maximize your time at the show. On top of the meetings with buyers, you are also entitled to allocated time to attend our workshops, education sessions as well as networking functions.
There are two (2) rounds for our Business Matching process:
Round 1 – Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA)
Round 2 – Online Diary Appointment (ODA)
In each appointment set, you are entitled to:
33 meeting slots for the 3 days – 11 meeting slots per day
Each meeting slot has a duration of 30 minutes

Each Exhibitor has on the “Luxury in Europe” stand furniture as follows:

(1) Free-standing coat hanger (in storage room)
