ToolBox Incentive Club – Road Shows in Austria and Switzerland, hybrid sales events.

The definition of hybrid: Newsletter prior to the event for the MICE Club community and presence at the digital platform of MICE Club. Then meeting face-to-face in each event location. Events are during the afternoon 14:30 – 18:30/city. Possibility to Get Together Party until 20.30.

The events are ideal for destinations, who can collect 3-4 suitable partners that offer MICE products. Or for a DMC collecting suitable MICE partners. Or hotels/resorts offering ready MICE products.                                 

Targets in Austria and Switzerland

MICE Club is a community and matchmaking platform specialized in German speaking regions. Suppliers are both from German speaking area and abroad. Their newsletter reaches 20 000 event planners (MICE agencies and corporates) in German speaking area organizing MICE events. Social Media of MICE Club has over 50 000 followers.

Max. 15 Suppliers/event, 30 event planners/event.

Buyers can make concrete decisions of the participating suppliers whether they want to register for the event and prepare for the meetings with interesting suppliers in advance. This is highly appreciated by the MICE buyers and suppliers.

Newsletter GreenNorth & online presentation about the event and participating Suppliers at the platform of MICE Club community and media channels before the event.

After Networking -event 3 hours incl. elevator pitches from the Suppliers, workshop speed dating sessions. Catering services fo the event included. 

As optional GetTogether event until 20.30.

ToolBox Consulting representative assistance in each workshop event and prior to the event coordinating the online materials for the pre-event online presentations.
