 Welcome to join Vakantiebeurs 2024 with us, either at the stand of “Green North” dedicated to promote Baltic and Nordic Countries OR for Sales Calls at the fair.

Date options:

10.1 – 11.1.2024 from 09.30 – 17.30 joint Sales Calls at the fair, in total ca. 12-16 appointments during 2 days.
10.1 – 14.1.2024 from 09.30 – 17.30 Meeting Table at the “Green North” stand, appointments on the stand and a possibility to participate in joint Sales Calls.

Please choose either joint Sales Calls to meet travel agents and tour operators at the fair during 10.1 – 11.1.2024. A max. of 4 companies / joint sales call group.

Please choose a Meeting Table at the Green North stand / Nordic and Baltic Countries 10.1 – 14.1.2024 . This is recommended, if you are reaching out for new additional potential contacts and for getting also adhoc appointments during the fair. Your organization will be promoted in the exhibitor list and your company info is on the stand as well.  When attending with a Meeting Table, You can join one of the sales calls group to meet B2B travel trade representatives at the fair area and have B2B meetings at the “Green North” stand. The table at the stand is at your disposal during the whole event; B2B travel trade professional days 10.-11.1.2024 and additionally you are able to meet consumers and have B2C promotion during 12.1 – 14.1.2024. In case you are not able to stay for the rest of the days, ToolBox Consulting can represent your company at the fair for B2C.

Early Bird Package 1.6 – 15.9.2023

Sales Calls 1100 euros + VAT 24 %, 1 representative / company.
Meeting Table 2200 euros + VAT 24 %,  1 representative / company.  Additional person from the same company 690 euros + VAT 24 %.

Normal Price Package 16.9 – 24.10.2023 (upon availability until 31.10.2023)

Sales Calls 1200 euros + VAT 24% , 1 representative / company.
Meeting table 2300 euros + VAT 24%; 1 representative / company.  Additional person from the same company 690 euros + VAT 24 %.

Last Minute Price Package 25.10 – 15.11.2023 (upon availability until 30.11.2023).

Sales Calls 1300 euros + VAT 24% , 1 representative / company

Please note! For Sales Calls an additional person from the same company price: 490 euros + VAT 24%. Sales Calls take place 10.1 – 11.1.2024.

The price includes

Joint sales calls -participation: meetings with tour operators, travel agencies and travel media during travel trade professional days, entrance tickets to the trade fair (1 day), ToolBox representative services. Approximately in total 12-16 meetings in 2 days, ca. 6-8 meetings/day. A max. of 4 companies / sales call group

Meeting table at the stand -participation: 1 table/counter on the stand, two chairs, common small storage space, company name on the wall of the stand, your company name in the exhibitor list, ToolBox representative services. You may agree own appointments at the stand and also participate in the joint sales calls.

The price does not include

– travel and accommodation expenses, meals

Minimum number of participants in Sales Calls: 1 company. Max. 4 companies / group. Companies chosen for the group in question in registration order. The minimum number of participants for Green North Stand is 6 companies. Do not hesitate to ask for an offer for additional digital marketing during the event or a miniseminar about your company during the travel trade professional days.

During travel trade professional days nearly 8000 visitors. Ca 70 % of the professional travel trade visitors were decision-makers. Total number of visitors 65285.

91 % of travel trade professionals plan to visit the fair in 2024 as well. 863 exhibitors incl. sub-exhibitors. 107 different countries presented.
