Beforehand agreed appointments, guaranteed a min. of 14 shared appointments for 2 companies/2 representatives.

PRICES

Participation Early Bird fees, available until 30.6.2024:

from 7900 €/company/person sharing a table with another company/person, min. 8

companies or persons participating.

from 8500 €/company/person, sharing a table with another company/person, min. 6 companies or persons participating.  

EVENT

 500 top decision makers, mainly from Paris. Corporates and agencies planning events. Selected participants, who have events under planning.

•                 Specialized on the French MICE market, 1to1- qualified appointments

approved by exhibitors and buyers – 2 full days with partly quaranteed number

of meetings and additional meetings.

•                 Guaranteed 13-14 appointments, 15 minutes each. 15 minutes break between

each meeting for possible additional appointments or moving to next

appointment. Total amount of wishes for appointments need to be twice the

quaranteed number of appointments.

•                 Prescheduled appointments agreed through a digital matchmaking platform,

starting 1 month prior to the event.

•                 Dedicated to venues, hotels, mice service providers, agencies

•                 Buyers top-decision makers: companies with directors/marketing

managers/communication managers/event managers/senior managers, event

agencies, project managers

•                 Each top-decision maker attends one lunch (extra charge for participation of a

supplier) and 10 business meetings per day with exhibitors chosen in

advance.
