Invitation: Rurubu Nordic Guidebook 2024 for Japanese market

Rurubu Hokuo (Nordic) guide book is renewed every 3 years. The next edition is this year in 2024 (and then in 2027). The guidebook has a circulation of 29,000. The guidebook is sold in bookstores and on the internet (Amazon Japan). The price of the guidebook in Japan is 1200 yen, (approx. 8 euros). The guidebook is produced by Japan Travel Bureau Corporation and ToolBox Consulting produces the Nordic version (Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway) as a guidebook in cooperation with JTB Publishing inc. The guidebook presents tourist destinations, services, attractions, places to eat and shop.

We offer the Rurubu Nordic Guidebook as follows:

Advertising space on different pages of the guidebook. In this case, the company you represent will have ready-made material that will be placed on the pages of the guidebook in accordance with the agreement.
Our own translation help for Japanese advertising.
The services of an advertising agency, which is a partner company, to make the selected advertisement. There will be additional charges when using advertising company and we will send you the quotation beforehand.
We also send on guide books to those who want them within the borders of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The condition is that the advertisement in the guide book has been implemented through us.

Deadlines and Timetable

Registration by 28 February 2024

Content of the selected advertising space and advertisement by 30 March 2024. Completed material no later than June 30, 2023.

Invoicing during February-March 2023.

Guidebook printing in Japan June-July 2023.

Guidebooks on sale August 2023

Translation help: We can translate texts into Japanese from English, Finnish and Swedish. The price of the translation work for Japanese is €200 for half page and €400 for full page + VAT 24%. The amount of text is agreed with the client of the work.
