Tourism Expo Japan 2024 in Tokyo 26.9 – 29.9.2024

Tourism Expo Japan is the biggest annual travel trade show in Japan. In 2023 there were 148 062 visitors of which approx. 49 000 were travel professionals.

The final registration date is 31.05.2024. Early Bird Package is valid until 28.02.2024.
We provide one option for Supplier participation:
Coming to Tokyo and attending the travel fair personally.
(Attending the travel fair in remote access, online, is not possible.)

The allotment for Suppliers is estimated to be minimum of 4. It is recommended to register as soon as possible. Our Stand is located in Europe area and visitors are expected to be appx. 50,000. Travel professionals and buyers ( wholesalers, tour operators and travel agencies ) from Osaka are also invited. Possible attendance also with some tour guides and media representatives.

You will be able to set up maximum of 20 one to one meetings on September 26 (Thu) and September 27th (Fri), 2024.

Your data will be delivered as a digital Suppliers’ Manual to Buyers attending both workshops.  Also you will get Buyers’ Manual (attendant’s name, company, email address) of the Buyers who are attending the event.

Price includes

Min. 18 sq metre stand, own meeting table with 2 chairs, shared stand with other Suppliers from Baltic and Nordic countries. Welcome Meeting one day prior to the start of Japan Tourism Expo. ToolBox Consulting representative services including interpreter help.

Welcome Dinner 24.9.2024 (Tue)  

Walking distance from JR Shimbashi (Ginza Area). It is included in all our offered Participation Packages. We will deliver the latest information regarding the Tourism Expo 2024. The dinner includes 3-course meal with two classes of wine, beer, water or soft drinks.
Departure from the hotel at 06.00 p.m. Return to the hotel is approx. 8.30 p.m. Japanese time.

Hakone National Park 2-Day Tour (optional) 28.9 – 29 .9

Interesting tour to one of the most known natural habitat area in Japan. Hakone National Park is southwards from Tokyo and next to the park there is the famous holiest mountain of Japan, Mount Fuji. The area includes many Shindo and Buddist Temples, vulcanic area, Hakone Lake and especially hot springs and Ryokan (local accommodation, with traditional ways of staying overnight), and dinner. Accommodation is in single rooms including Japanese breakfast.
We use Romance Train from Tokyo to Hakone and we return to Tokyo by train. Package also includes accommodation, cruise on Hakone Lake, funicular trip over vulcanic area, spa visit, overnight at Ryokan, dinner, breakfast.
Return to Tokyo in the afternoon.

PROGRAMME
Sales Visits (optional)

We offer Sales Visits at the premises of local travel trade. Distances in Tokyo are huge. Tokyo is the most populated city in the world. We can provide for minimum of 2 Sales Visits in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. We use local metro, train and taxi services. Public transportation tickets and taxi fares are included in the price.

Sales Visit Days are 24.9.and 25.9.2024 as follows:
24.9 – you can choose either half day (min. 2 visits) or full day program (min. 4 visits).
25.9 –  you can choose either half day (min. 2 visits) or full day program (min. 4 visits).

Tourism Expo Japan 2024 Travel Trade Show 26.9- 29.9.2024
September 26-27, 2024 (Travel Trade days), September 28-29, 2024 (Consumer days)

If you stay near JR.Shimbashi area (Ginza), we provide free train tickets for you. The local metro station is at walking distance and there is a direct train connection to Tokyo Big Site where the Tourism Expo 2024 event takes place.
Suppliers can come to prepare their workshop table at 01.00 p.m.

The entrance tickets are included in most of our Packages and maximum 20 meetings with Japanese buyers offered to Suppliers. There are two main Halls, one Hall is dedicated to Japanese inbound travel destinations. The most important is the Hall where foreign destinations and outbound tour operators, travel agencies and wholesalers are located.

Dinner after Workshop 29.9.2024: Dinner is an optional service. It will be Japanese Izakaya style meal closer to JR Shimbashi Station (Ginza Area). Dinner will be served around  08.00 – 09.30 p.m. Price is 80 euros + VAT 24%. Beverage is included (glass of wine, beer, or soft drink or water). Traditional Japanese dishes.
