Invitation: Baltic Sea Workshop in Spain 16.4 – 18.4.2024

Welcome to the Workshop in Spain! This is the 7th time we organize this joint sales event for the northern Baltic Sea region and Nordic countries in Spain!

Spanish market has been an important market in Northern Europe at the same time when it’s economy has been improving. This event is promoting both summer and winter seasons. Our goal is to have around 60 buyers mainly from Madrid and Barcelona area. They are representing both tour operators and travel agency sectors. There will be few media representatives as well.

PRICES

The registration deadlines are as follows:
Super Early Bird price until 21.1.2024

Early Bird Price: 22.1.2024 – 15.2.2024 – 100 euros additional fee in each price categories compared to Super Early Bird price package

Normal Price: 16.2 – 15.3.2024 – 200 euros additional fee in each price categories compared to Super Early Bird price package

Last Minute Price: 16.3 – 31.3.2024 – 300 euros additional fee in each price categories compared to Super Early Bird price package

Super Early Bird price package:

1.800 € + VAT 24 % (own table, one representative).

2.100 € + VAT 24 % (own table, two representatives from the same company)

2.800 € + VAT 24 % (1400€ + VAT 24% by company representative, shared table with a representative from another company)

Registration fee one city only in Spain; Barcelona OR Madrid

Venue

Centrally located hotels in Barcelona and Madrid

There is an allotment for participant to stay over at these hotels. We will publish the venue locations later and also the instructions on how to book the accommodation.

Programme

Each destination from 12.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Lunch at 2.00 p.m.

Price includes

Event arrangements, our staff assistance, sales manual for Buyers and Suppliers, lunch and refreshments during the workshops. 

 Price does not include

Travel and accommodation costs. Meals except lunch in the workshop.  Also we will provide information on train tickets for connection Barcelona – Madrid.
