Who Can Participate?

Participation in the awards is open to a wide range of stakeholders within the tourism industry, including:

  • Government agencies related to tourism

Conditions for Participation

To ensure fairness and quality, the following conditions apply:

  • Each participant may submit only one entry.
  • Participation is completely free of charge.
  • All sustainable initiatives and activities presented must be fully implemented and operational.
  • Projects that are not yet in operation are not eligible.
  • The application form must be completed in English.
  • Entries must be endorsed by a Skål International Club to qualify (except for government bodies).
  • A Skål International Club may endorse multiple projects, provided they are submitted in different categories.

Submission Deadline

Interested participants must submit their application forms before 31 May 2025 at 23:59 CET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
