As of July 1, 2025, buyers can register for the fully hosted Pre and Post Tours connected to Matka Workshop Day 2026, taking place on January 14, 2026 in Helsinki, Finland.

This year’s tours include exciting new programs in:

Important to Note:

Participation in the tours is only possible if you are also accepted to attend Matka Workshop Day 2026. (Buyer registration for the main event has not yet opened.)

However, you can already pre-register for the tours now.

Each buyer may join one Pre Tour and one Post Tour only.

Limited spots available – selection is subject to approval by the Hosted Destination.

Departure and arrival points vary – some tours may begin or end in locations such as the Baltic countries or Stockholm, Sweden, depending on transport options.

Travel Arrangements:
All participants must arrange their own travel to/from Helsinki for the Matka Workshop Day 2026 event.
