ToolBox Consulting Ltd. Updates Its Terms of Participation Policy, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

ToolBox Consulting Ltd. has updated its Terms of Participation Policy, including sections on Payment and Cancellation.

The revised policy now also covers tourism development and training-related activities, providing clearer definitions of the rights and obligations of both Buyers and Suppliers. These updates specify responsibilities related to participation, communication, and event conduct.

Additionally, the new version offers more detailed explanations of cancellation reasons and potential compensations in various cases. The goal of these updates is to strengthen the legal protection of all parties involved and to ensure a smooth and successful participation experience in ToolBox Consulting’s events and activities.

At the same time, ToolBox Consulting Ltd. has updated its GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) information.

GDPR, or the General Data Protection Regulation, is the European Union’s comprehensive data protection and privacy law. It establishes clear rules on how organizations may collect, use, and safeguard personal data of EU citizens.
It applies to any organization worldwide that processes the personal data of EU residents. Key principles include giving individuals greater control over their personal data—including rights of access, correction, and erasure—and imposing strict obligations and penalties on organizations that fail to comply.

The new Terms and GDPR updates came into effect on November 1, 2025.
