Make the Most of International Buyers and Travel Media Visiting Finland, Estonia and Sweden in January – Host Your Own FAM Trip!
In January 2027, Finland will welcome a significant number of international tour operators, travel agency representatives, wholesalers, and influential travel media professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your destination, services, and region directly to potential business partners and buyers by hosting your own FAM (Familiarization) trip.
As part of the January travel industry events, ToolBox Consulting Ltd. will once again organize a series of familiarization programmes for international travel trade professionals and media representatives. Our goal is to offer approximately ten high-quality and attractive FAM programmes across Finland and nearby regions.
We are looking for destinations, tourism regions, and tourism businesses that want to increase their international visibility and present their products and services to international buyers and media representatives. With hundreds of international buyers expected to attend, this is a unique opportunity to build new business relationships and develop new sales channels.
FAM trips are particularly suitable for:
Tourism regions and destination organizations
Collaborative programmes involving multiple destinations
Tourism businesses with products and services designed for international markets
Companies looking to launch new products or strengthen their position in international markets
Programmes can range from a half-day visit to a three-day itinerary (two overnight stays) and will take place between 14–24 January 2027.

If desired, media representatives can also be included in FAM programmes designed for tour operators and travel agents, allowing a single programme to reach both potential buyers and media outlets that can generate valuable international exposure.
