Pre-Scheduled Appointments and Meeting Details
All meetings are pre-scheduled, and it’s best to start organizing them in early October. Before that, I will enter company details into the system, and according to the event organizer’s guidelines, you will need to arrange the meetings yourself. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to do this on behalf of your company.
Each day can accommodate 11 to 18 meetings, each lasting 15 minutes + 5-minute transition time. You can also add more meetings during the lunch break if desired. Since the meetings are pre-arranged, you’ll have time to prepare for them in advance.
Dates and Program
Registration & Global Forum: December 1, 2026
One-to-one meetings (Pre-Scheduled Appointments, PSAs): Held over 3 days – December 2–4, 2026
So, there are three days of scheduled meetings, with the first day (December 1) serving as the registration and Global Forum day.
Although the event spans four days (Dec 1–4), PSA meetings are only held on the first three working days (Dec 2–4).
Meeting Duration and Structure
Meetings last 15 minutes in the PSA system — a one-to-one session between a buyer and an exhibitor — usually with a 5-minute transition buffer between meetings.
Coffee and lunch breaks can also be used to network or arrange additional meetings if needed.
Next, look into the Self-Scheduled Appointment (SSA) tool, which allows you to independently book additional meetings on short notice.
