Routes Europe 2027 will unite decision-makers from airlines, airports, destinations and aviation stakeholders that are investing in the future of European air connectivity.
This year our package is for an event in Antalya, Türkiye. Accepted Suppliers are taken in order of “first come, first served”.
You can also add Sales Visits in Türkiye to meet local outbound tour operators, travel agents, and travel media.

– 2 persons/2 companies 3 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits only, no stand
– 3 persons/3 companies 7 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 4 persons/4 companies 6 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 5 persons/5 companies 6 500 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 6 persons/6 companies 5 900 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 7 persons/7 companies 5 500 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand
– 8 persons/8 companies 5 000 euros + VAT (VAT if applicable), sales visits and stand

We estimate minimum 3 companies needed to organize this programme.
Price includes:
– stand in Europe section when 3 or more companies are joining
– table with a representative from another company
– registration process as attendant for the event organizer
– company name at the stand wall and possibly at info desk
– welcome dinner
Price does not include:
– your travel and accommodation costs in Rimini

Early Bird Package is valid from 1.6.2026 – 31.10.2026 and

After confirmed registration we are not able to provide any refund after the stand has been reserved and confirmed.
Sales Visits
Prices are:
1 company representative, 1 day 1900 euros + VAT
2 company representatives, 1 day 1200 euros + VAT/company
2nd and 3rd days are 900 euros + VAT
Sample: 2 day Sales Visits including Ankara and Istanbul 1 day in each city: There are 2 different company representatives. Price total: 1200 + 900 euros + VAT = 2100 euros + VAT
Early Bird Package is valid from 1.6.2026 – 31.10.2026 and
Normal Price Package is valid from 1.11.2026 – 31.3.2027.
