A complimentary transfer will be arranged from Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles to KAA Gent Arena, with arrival scheduled for 08:00 (departure at 07:00).
The description and logo of each partner will also be highlighted on our website. In addition, to provide greater visibility, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to send a “Special Baltic & Nordic” newsletter to our entire travel agent database.
Accommodation
The entire Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles will be exclusively reserved for BTExpo participants.
Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles (November 15th–17th, €165/night): €330
Please note: breakfast is not included due to early departures; however, coffee is available at the hotel bar
Shuttles
They are scheduled on Monday between 9:00 and 10:45 a.m., and again from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., between Nivelles Station and the Van der Valk Nivelles hotel.

We provide following alternatives for participation of the Suppliers, please choose one:
1. Own table for 1 company with 1
2. or 2 persons from the same company.
The allotment for Suppliers is estimated to be ca 10. It is recommended to register as soon as possible, since the number of Suppliers is limited.
Price:
3 800€/company, 1 person + VAT
800€, additional person + VAT
Price includes:
- One stand including a table with four chairs
- One networking lunch per day
- Access to the Meeting App
- Participation in the cocktail evenings (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
- Half-page company profile and contact details in our A5 catalogue
- transfer 17.11.2026, transportation by car from Van der Valk Nivelles to KAA Gent Arena on Tuesday early morning 7:00
