Attending Buyers requirements
There is no participation fee for Buyers attending the workshop, Pre- and Post tours. Attending buyer requirements are: tour operators, travel agents and distribution channels looking for new products and destinations for the LGBTIQ+ customer segment and are involved in initiating or authorizing purchasing decisions on travel-related products and services.

Buyer programme includes
Free attendance to the workshop incl programme, one complimentary overnight in Helsinki. Possibility to attend Fully Hosted Pre- or/and Post Tours before or after the workshop.

Buyers programme does not include
Your travel in/out Finland (flights to Helsinki and back to your home country), additional overnights in Helsinki and meals, other transportation fees.

Fully Hosted Pre and Post tours for Buyers
We will also arrange Fully hosted Pre and Post tours, you can register for both workshop and the tours on the same registration site.

If you want to participate any Pre and Post Tours, check first when the tour starts and what is the date of the tour.

Cancellation terms for Buyers
All changes to your registration / attendance must be sent in writing.
The Buyers have the right to cancel the participation to the event within fourteen (14) days of received participation confirmation from ToolBox Consulting Ltd.

Cancellation of workshop or tour later than 30.8.2025
Cancellation and no show fee 250 € + % VAT / person. Also  there is 250 eurow charges if you are cancelling your participation in one tour. If there are two  500 € + VAT %.

Fully Hosted Pre and Post Tours
Pre- and Post tours duration min, half day to max. 4 days/3 nights.
Pre Tours should be arranged between 5.11-8.11.2026
Post Tours should be arranged between 10.11- 14.11.2026

Tour itinerary
Programme for the tour shall be sent to us not later than 31.68.2026.

Package 1:
max. 6 participants in each tour and ToolBox choose and approve participants for the tour.
Package 2:
max. 6 participants in each tour and the hosting destination choose and approve participants for the tour.
Package 3:
max. 10 participants in each tour, the hosting destination choose and approve participants for the tour.

Tours are Fully Hosted, the hosting destination will cover the expenses for transfer in/out of Helsinki to the destination, accommodation, meals and other services included in the tour.

The supplier / exhibitor have the right to cancel the participation to the event within fourteen (14) days of received participation confirmation from ToolBox Consulting Ltd.

Cancellation fees
Cancellation before 30.9 is 150 € + VAT.
Cancellation between 1.10 – 31.10.2026 cancellation fee is 500 € + VAT.
Cancellation 1.11.2026 or later 100% cancellation fee applies, no refund.
