The roadshow features an engaging half-day event format focused on interaction and knowledge sharing. Each event brings together up to 30 event planners from corporations, associations, and agencies with approximately 15 suppliers from the MICE industry.

The afternoon programme offers ample opportunities for discussion and networking, complemented by two to three sessions covering current topics relevant to the meetings and events industry.

The ToolBox MICE Club will stop at two different locations in 2026, bringing together event planners and suppliers for an engaging half-day event focused on topics relevant to the MICE industry.

The roadshow features a dynamic event concept designed around interaction and knowledge sharing. At each stop, up to 30 event planners from corporations, associations, and agencies will meet a maximum of 15 MICE industry suppliers. The afternoons promise plenty of opportunities for exchange and networking, complemented by 2–3 content sessions covering current industry topics.
