• January 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• January 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Village concept: Partners showcase themselves in themed areas, arranged in a shopping street layout. We will have our stand where other Nordic countries are located.

We will organize Webinar in December 2026 for all registered participants about the event.

We recommend to book your accommodation as early as possible because there are limited number of accommodation properties available.

We organize Welcome Event one day prior the event start where we give some practical advise about the event and deliver badges. The location will be informed later in Fall 2026.

We will set up a special WhatsApp Group for all participants and the communication will be moved there during the fair.

The participation price does not include: Travel and accommodation expenses, and meals during the fair
